Workplace anger is more common than most organisations acknowledge. Research from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) shows that work-related stress, which anger is closely linked to, affects nearly 800,000 UK workers every year. When anger goes unmanaged, it escalates into conflict, disciplinary action, grievances, and in some cases, legal claims. This course gives you the tools to recognise, manage, and respond to anger at work, whether it is your own or someone else's. It is built around real UK workplace scenarios and grounded in your legal obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the HSE Stress Management Standards.
This course is suitable for all audiences.
-Recognise the triggers and stages of workplace anger
-Apply techniques to manage your own anger before it escalates
