Neurodiverse workers make up a substantial part of the construction workforce. A 2023 study by the National Federation of Builders found that 1 in 4 workers identify as neurodiverse, yet nearly 40% haven't disclosed their condition, often due to stigma or lack of support. This course looks into the experiences and challenges neurodiverse workers may face in the construction industry and how employers can build a more inclusive culture in such a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Led with expert insights and practical examples, it offers a sound understanding of legal responsibilities and equips the learner with actionable strategies to foster respect and inclusion on-site as well as better support neurodiverse workers.
