



This course builds understanding of gender identity and expression whilst ensuring compliance with UK equality law. You'll explore key concepts, terminology and lived experiences of gender-diverse individuals. You'll learn your legal duties following the April 2025 Supreme Court clarification, and develop practical skills to create inclusive environments that balance dignity, respect and statutory obligations.
This course is suitable for all audiences.
